Direct Employment
- Direct employment – we can offer the service of direct employment of crewmembers on behalf of the shipowner through an SRPS certified company. This gives the owner peace of mind knowing that all aspects of the employment are carried out in a professional manner and in line with employment legislation.
- Provide seafarers with all the necessary documents such as the A1, S1 and eventually U1 certificates. These certificates enable the seafarer to access benefits such as healthcare, maternity, paternity and unemployment benefits in their Country of residence.
- Preparation of Seafarer Employment Agreements (SEA) with the double advantage of them being MLC and EU/Maltese law compliant.
